Serious Thoughts

Do you ever experience something or think a really big thought and you think, "Wow, I should put that in my blog!" . . . but then it just fizzles? The thought escapes into that special place where all those missing socks are and all you are left with is a remnant of genius (or a random sock). So that is where I am today. My brain is shot. BUT WHY? I have no good reason. Maybe I am in withdrawls from academia, or maybe just from Seinfeld. I was all ready to watch an episode this morning when I realized Ryan took his computer to work. Horror upon horrors. In a funny way, blogging is very much like Seinfeld - its usually just commentary on someone's life who tends to be witty or intriguing or completely odd and we somehow find it entertaining (or addicting in my case)!
