Beautifully Perfect Sunday

So this morning, much like every Sunday of my life, Unlimited sang at a small church, with less than 50 people, but it was quite lovely. There is something so oddly entertaining to us performers on stage knowing everything that is going wrong and watching each other's faces. That could be what I love more than anything :)

After that, Autumn came over and we talked about her morning - running a half marathon on Whidbey Island. We sat down to study but I fell asleep for an hour and a half instead. By the time I woke up, Sharon was stalking me at my door and we all decided to order Chinese food in for the evening. A little studying and a lot of laughing later, the studying ended about 8:45, in time for me to return the book to my friend across the street. We brought cheesecake as a thank you and decided to walk up to Kerry Park from there, in the rain, uphill both ways.

I don't think I have made anyone laugh the way Sharon did tonight in a very long time. We had an amazing night together. I cannot describe our friendship. It is unquantifiable. There has never been a friendship like ours in the history of the world and there never will be again. She is unique, I am unique. We are do utterly different but so head over heels in love with each other. She is one of my dearest friends in the world. Lord, thank you for the day you brought Sharon into my life. We are so blessed to have each other.

And now it is off to bed with me, maybe an e-mail to a certain man friend and then to bed. We'll see.

I love you family. I really really do.

It's true, i have not laughed that hard since I discovered you turn into a mole at night, or the time you beat me up in the swimming pool in vancouver, or the time you dropped the f-bomb during your sleep, or the million times we've laughed at the words "ONE!!!!DON"T YOU FEEL DUMB! TWO!-LOOK-AT-YOU!". But it's true, we are soul mates.

Narf until eternity,
