Life is far too short to not slow down and enjoy it. Life is too short to rush through lunch merely to get back to pedalling away on the cycle of hard, usually meaningless work. Life is too short to allow stupid to creep into your mind, be it via a dumb driver who doesn't understand the danger of driving too slow, or maybe the cross-the-office conversation that makes my head want to explode. Life is too short to allow other people to guilt you into things. It is too precious to not spend as much of it with the ones you love dearly.
