A few months ago, Hurricane Sandy decided to take the seawall away from a substantial part of the hotel that my Dad and his wife own in Grand Turk. This wall essentially held their beach front paradise from falling into the Caribbean Sea/Atlantic Ocean. So it is now time for rebuilding! Dad joked about how he prefers to select his building projects himself, and not let hurricanes decide what and when he builds, but alas, part of the price of paradise I suppose . . . :o)
Dad sent these pictures and videos and asked me to distribute for those who may be interested.
