Yesterday I had an appointment with my doctor. She checked me and I am already 4cm dilated and 70% effaced!! That is crazy. She said it was awesome that I was almost halfway without having to do any work. Hurray! Baby still needs to come down a little further, so today I think I'll do some galloping and aerobics :o) I just can't believe it!!!
