Marc The Builder is here, and we are going over specs for my mom and Jim's new home. Things are looking good. This guy is like a big, construction teddy bear. He even smells like clean construction man, which is never entirely clean, and it's a nice smell. His arms look like my Dad's. His sideways smile makes you want him to be your grandpa. He laughs about how soft he is when it comes to his 4 girls. They always win :0) How nice for them.

Today has been interesting. Our dishwasher broke last night so I spent a couple hours shopping at appliance stores and Home Depot. I found the washer and mom and Jim picked it up tonight. So, it looks like life will continue. Thank heavens.

So I am in shock. I ran 4 miles today. WHO AM I? I mean really? I am not a runner. But I am sure you are done hearing about this. So I'll stop.

Anywho, I woke up this morning to the most amazing sound . . . Jessica calling me! We talked for over an hour about everything and it was utterly perfect. I could not have woken up any happier. I am so blessed by her and she is loving the Lord so much right now. It amazes me.

At first it made me jealous, but then I realized I can be a part of her ministry indirectly through prayer, so I stopped myself from entertaining the enemy's attacks. Three cheers for speaking truth! Which, by the way, is so entirely perfect! Just by speaking the truth, be in it confession or in warfare, the enemy flees! He plays so unfairly, picking on the weak, but we really do have the power.

I serve a good good God.
