I am alive. I promise. Let's just say these last few days have flown by.
Friday night I was walking on the beach and tripped over a rock, ripped off part of a toenail and thought I broke my toe. Not good looking at a day of travel.
Saturday I limped through the Miami airport on a 4 hour layover. By my second 4 hour layover in Chicago, the prayers had kicked in and I was walking better. After 21 hours of travel, I was safely in bed, in America, with my family in Oregon City.
Sunday I met with Jessica and her family for breakfast in Gresham. So weird God thing. Jess' mom was telling me how she was praying for us and that the water would stay in the sea. That's the same thing Christi and I prayed - independent of eachother! Then went home and did some shopping, saw the grandparents and the jobsite for my parent's house that is being built.
Monday we drove up to Seattle. They helped me move in. Boy was that amazing. They took me to Costco and helped me get set up. Mom even bought me a new bath towel :) She's so cute. Saw Chris, borrowed CD player and stick of butter. He came over and we sat on Douglass and talked about life. Good times. Little sleep.
Tuesday began Unlimited practice. Just amazing, these people are! So many. Greg the piano, Mike the electric guitar, Michael the bass guitar, Brian the drums, Danny the tenor and guitarist, Chris the baritone and guitarist, Julie the alto, Cari the mezzo, Emily the soprano, Angelo the sound guy and Bobby the director.
Wednesday meant more practice. And a free Mariner's game. Somebody aproached us at lunch with 11 (how magic is that?) extra tickets. And we actually won! Also magic.
So here I am. On my little computer. In my apartment. At home. Belly full of Chilli nachos and regret.

Another hurricane is headed for Grand Turk. I have never been so confident in the power of prayer. God is moving. How bout you?
