Morning bike ride to the park. Awesome.
Lunch and then a shower for me without a kid screaming - she just played by the bathroom the whole time. Double awesome.
Ikea. Yum, but she didn't nap enough to make it terribly enjoyable. Boo to the new carts that have all four free motion wheels - makes pushing insanely difficult. Yay to something that wasn't on the list:
I can't wait to hang this above Julia's crib in her "new room" (photos coming soon!). Its so sweet with the little felt clouds! I'll definitely have to add some pink bows though . . . obviously! ;o)
Home to make dinner for some friends from our community group. Realized I didn't have a super important ingredient. Prayed for help. Knock knock knock. It was Jessie - with freshly baked muffins of course! She stayed with napping Jules so I could run to Fred Meyer lickety split. Seriously Lord? Thank you!!
Now listening to Focus on the Family that is addressing my BIG sin issue right now. So good. So appropriate. So wise. Thank you Lord!
(And Julia is still napping - giving me time to get the kitchen cleaned up after my cooking extravaganza. I may pay for it later, but so glad I didn't have a little girl needing to be held at the stove!!!)
