First, regarding my crazy vegetable muffins, I made them in California but doubled the batch and used 1 cup carrots, 1 cup zucchini and 1 cup squash. They turned out great. I even tossed in some oats for good measure. They came out like a corn-bread muffin on vegetable crack. Highly recommended.
Item #2: regarding my creepy hypothesis on Mitt Romney as the unavoidable republican nominee - I am not surprised in the LEAST that McCain has now officially endorsed him. It feeds even further into my "I'll scratch your back, you scratch mine" theory. Politics are creepy folks. Creepy.
