Attitudinal Wedgie

I officially have a wedgie of attitude. I am twisted, uncomfortable and can't seem to pick out the problem. Gross, but it's the way I feel right now. I just finished my last final. Shouldn't I be ecstatic? Then why am I driven stark raving mad when AOL pops up and puts a nicely colored blue box on my menu bar? Should that bother me? No! I want to nuke my room right now. I go through fazes where I want to redo everything: get rid of the clutter. I do not want to pack for choir tour. I have to do laundry. I have to go pick up truckloads of stuff to take down to the Caribbean with me. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

On a great note, after turning in my internship project with my delightful paper inside, I received this e-mail, subject: Amazing Woman!! from my advisor/professor/favorite person in the world:

"Hey, Miss Cari:

I just wanted you to know…

I read your paper, etc., and I think you are the ROCKINGEST, COOLEST, MOST AMAZING person ever! Really – Way to be Cari Carnahan! You go girl! Let me know if you ever need someone to chat with about the job.

Beth Marie Miller"

Well, that's one good grade.
