Julia's Pretty Girl Room

If you have visited our home in the last year and a half, you've seen that Julia's room is what I lovingly termed the "nurfice" - half nursery, half office :o) Well the time came, and now its all a cute baby girl's room! I love it. Here's how it turned out:

Craigslist crib, Ebay bumper, homemade crib skirt, IKEA canopy, butterflies frankensteined from Pottery Barn mobile that used to be over her changing table.

White IKEA drapery panels, homemade valance, free (side of the road) shelf, many toys from Craigslist :o)

My mom writes songs for each grandchild and this is Julia's :o) So awesome.

Shelves free from Craigslist. Julia likes shoes :o)

I now love being in her room. We play there, we sing together (ish), its just plain enjoyable! Now we just need a comfy nursery chair - not that my task chair from work isn't amazing . . .

I love it! You are so talented, I wish I had your ability to visualize and "DO". My favorite part is the Shoe display, pink Cowgirl Boots? Swoon.
