DAY O REDEMPTION

Wow. Just when I thought yesterday couldn't get any worse, it became FABULOUS! Jenny was swamped at the restaurant and I had a blast. I was running my head off, making guests laugh and working in the kitchen. So last night ended fabulously!

Today has been a miracle in and of itself. Tupper and I have been working on his new song called "He Cares For Me" and it is just amazing. It is exactly what I have needed in my life and I am so thankful for it and him.

I met with Monique this morning. We got a book and she is so thirsty for knowledge. We had a great time today. I asked her if she wanted to stop and she said no, so we kept going. When I finally decided to quit, I asked her if it felt good. She said no, it felt great! What a joy it has been! Thank you God and God alone!

Tonight Tupper taught me how to make a truly fabulous Caesar salad. Two of his sons are chefs and it is no wonder. We kind of made due with some weird ingredients, but it turned out quite beautiful. We even used the square plates I made a few years ago. Aside from being abused by mosquitoes, it was quite the lovely evening.

I headed down to the hotel to watch the season finale of my one and only reality TV addiction and it turned out beautifully! What silly joy it brings :)

So now, it is off to home with little old me for tomorrow is school, and a rehearsal for Friday's evening of music at the hotel with Tupper and Cari. Here we go, la la.
