Grand Turk Reading - completed to date:

Pride and Prejudice
Mrs Polifax
Mere Christianity
When God Writes Your Love Story
Letters to a Young Poet
Until We Have Faces

Next on my plate:

Biblical Foundations of Freedom
Foreign to Familiar
Lorna Dune (British Classic)

I had intended to bring C.S. Lewis' The Four Loves, but it must have jumped out of my suitcase before I left. I would love prayer for dilligence while reading Biblical Foundations of Freedom. I know it will be a good book to read, but it's thick and not easy reading. Prayer valued.

So last night I woke in the middle of the night to Sabre (one of our four dogs) scratching at the door to come in with such passion as I thought the house to fall down. So I prayed he would stop. Instantly, he stopped. Funny how God works. And then I couldn't go back to sleep so I cracked open Matthew and learned about humility which I pretty much need to learn over and over and over. Then I got so deep into Pride and Prejudice that I couldn't put it down. So I finished it this morning. What an intrigue!

Any good book recommendations?

Am reading Unless (carol shields) and One Hundred Years of Solitude right now. How were the books in the completed list? ie When God Writes Your Love Story?
