Sharon should have been here today. But that's okay. I am alright with it. I miss her like crazy and wish she could be here with me, but like I said, it's okay. Autumn is in New York. How adventurous of her. Jessica just got home. I miss her too. But today, I spend with Monique.

Long story short, her mom got kicked out by man in residence last night and so I think she doesn't have a place at the moment. Her mom is out looking instead of coming to work, but I can only imagine what is going on in her heart right now. She had lunch with Jenny and I today and for all she knows, I know nothing. I wish I could help, but until she brings it up . . .

So please pray. Monique has three younger brothers that are usually left to her care. While it keeps her out of trouble (which isn't hard because she is such a great girl anyways), it can also be stressful playing mom at 14. Pray that her mom will find a house. Pray that their household might remain healthily intact and unscathed by recent happenings.

Monique has a real chance at an amazing life. This excites me.

Speaking of exciting, lunch is over and it is time to get back to Algebra! Wahoo.
