Today is Christmas, or at least for Cherry Hill. And I am way excited. On the menu:
Roasted Onion and Rosemary Chicken
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Stuffing
Glazed Carrots
Autumn's Fruit Salad
Christi's hot chocolate
It's official, by 4:00, I'll be that woman in the kitchen with 37 burners going and three things in the oven. I love it. Hmm, I need a cute apron. That would make it a done deal.
Autumn left early this morning (after our wild evening with Charity) to go to church and so as I finished making a necklace to match a new earrings, I flipped on some TV evangelist. He was speaking about how we should Carpe Diem and not waste time thinking we'll apologize tomorrow, that we'll call that family member tomorrow or maybe next week.
And so, I have decided I need to find a church. It's been 2 years since I was truly plugged in. Looking at Unlimited's schedule next quarter makes it look like it might actually work to go to one church regularly. So, any suggestions? I'll be praying, but if there are any churches you love, let me know. It is time. Not tomorrow, not next week, today.
What have you been putting off? What needs to be done today?
