Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation (including boys), will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

My identity comes from Christ, from the fact that He gave his life for me, the fact that I am the daughter of the High King, not from what a mixed up boy thinks of me. No, I am a new creation in Christ. Guilt, you are not welcome here. Rejection, you are rejected. Sadness, leave me. Joy, I embrace you. Forgiveness, I clothe myself in you. Love, I accept you.
